Rental duration is minimum 7 days with reduced price from 10 days. Prices vary according to season:
- Very high season: French winter vacation in February and early March
- High season: summer vacation (July and August)
- Mid season: January, March, April, May, June + All Saint’s holiday

Note for autumn 2025 and spring 2026
- For part of this period we are offering only one room (Chambre 1) as a ‘Guest room’ rental for a minimum stay of 7 nights, at a rate of €350 per week. The room has a double bed, a private shower/WC, with access to the shared living room/kitchen together with another tenant.
- For the week from 14/2 to 21/2 2026, Chambre 1 with its bathroom is not included in the rental. The rate for this week is €780.
